Agency Compensation

Compensation is not fixed by law, but is set by each broker or firm individually and is fully negotiable. Our agents have the ability to negotiate seller and buyer compensation. A buyers agent has three ways to be compensated, Seller paid, Buyers pays, Listing agent shares their commission, As mentioned no compensation is set by Law. Each office and or agent can negotiate their compensation. Country Living Realty has a policy that caps the high end however, each of our agents can negotiate on their own. As changes come to our industry our firm remains committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their dreams. We as a firm operate as a Designated Agency Office making us sensitive to buyer agency compensation as many of our agents are buyer agents themselves.
